My partner and I indulged in a dinner at The Fusion Bar & Restaurant, where executive chef Peter Brunel's innovative fusion of Asian, Peruvian, and European flavors truly impressed. Each dish was a perfect symphony of ingredients, showcasing a blend of cultures that delighted our palates.The ambiance at the restaurant was equally captivating, with a modern design that seamlessly complemented the exquisite cuisine. As an interior designer passionate about Italian aesthetics, I appreciated the attention to detail in every corner, reflecting a harmonious fusion of tradition and innovation.For breakfast, we savored Cafe Oro's delights, conveniently located within the hotel group. The fresh and inviting atmosphere paired with delectable offerings set the tone for a perfect morning in Florence.Lungarno Collection not only exceeded our expectations but also left us eager to explore more of its culinary wonders on our next visit.
